can anyone figure out how to make this light work the way it should? the lighting consultant says this light is a continuous led light (similar to a neon tube). i can't figure out how to make it work that way though. even if i array it, i still see seperate "glows."

i am just using viz/radiosity. no lighting plugin. i have been inserting the different photometric lights and changing the parameters to web and browsing for the file. when doing this the light iteslf changes, but the parameters stay at what they were when i put it in as a free point. i wasn;t sure if there were parameters that would make the light "stretched" like a tube?
