kaylmyers
I'm having an error that no one can figure out. I cant save layout books to our server. I get an error saying: Error while wirting file [file name] (258 access to file or file data is denied) I'm running Archicad 9 on a mac OS: tiger 10.4 Any help would be awsome. Thx. -kayl
kaylmyers
Yep... all linked to other files on the server. (unfortunately thats something we cannot change) Its weird because it worked for the longest time. One day i went to lunch, came back and it didn't. All the other computers that are not on tiger dont have the same problem. Were thinking its someting to do with the OS, but it used to work is the problem. We cant trace any changes that occured around that time that might be affecting this. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem. -kayl

They can then forward it to Graphisoft for evaluation. If indeed there is an OS compatibility problem it should be addressed immediately.
kaylmyers
Yep, that was one of the first things we did... the responces have been slow, and stuff weve already tried and didn't work... So much for tech support.
