nhj84
Hallo everybody? I was just wondering if it's possible to link to computers together in rendering one image?
JamesTaylor
it is possible, via a number of methods depending on what software / rendering engine your using. Vray, MR and a like have Distributed rendering systems that can be implemented, or through backburner an image can cut into strips for individual machines to render. these strips are then recompiled at the end to creat on single image. nhj84
Sounds interessting... I use Vray advanced 1.47 - something, and Max 7... Is the distributed rendering included ?
JamesTaylor
Distributed rendering is available in vray. check the online help file in your vray account fo rinstructions on to get it running. max 7 will also include backburner, if you want to render an image in a number of strips.
