Capital
I'm working with a client who's building a subdivision (9 1.5 acre plots) and wants an isometric rendering to help sell the plots. I have plans for the "dirt" but the homes themselves are up to the buyer, as long as its a Victorian or Federal style. Basically, I'm looking for a source for some pre-built home models in those styles. My first thought was something like Dosch, but they don't have what I'm looking for. I'd much rather work with something pre-built due to time and $ constraints. Any help is appreciated.
Capital
*bump* Has no one else run into a situation like this? Anyone model any big Victorian homes they want to sell? Thanks, Chris
Bugga_Guy
I find in situations like that is to goto a nearby neighbourhood in the victorian style - snaps some pictures and paste the textures on the block models - quite effective, only if the shot/animation is from far away. However if this is not the case, goto Marlin studios their 3d homes collections has a few victorian like homes, you can check their samples, not sure if they suit your needs. http://www.marlinstudios.com/samples/housecat3.jpg
Capital
I think that Marlin collection should do the trick. Thanks a lot for your help! Later, Chris
