TommyJ
It doesn't seem to like applying shadows to that sand material. Is the sand material a Standard or Vray Material? I've had similar problems using Standard materials whilst rendering with Vray If it is a Vray Material then have you accidentally applied some type of troublesome bump map? Crazy Homeless Guy
....just a stab in the dark, but are there coplanar faces for the sand?
carlangas
hi, the material is a vray, I was using a bump map at first and later removed it. there are no coplanar planes.
jow
hi,coplanar faces are where the object has no thinkness, like a plane. looking at the white canopy beyond the problem area, this has coplanar faces on it, the bark squares that are all over it. try to give the objects some thinkness by extruding... cheers.
