BEKA
Hi all, 3ds max 6 (Mental Ray). What is wrong with my Rendering. Thank You.
enigma
hi Beadin did you use exposure control?...it turned out it lacks contrast. If yes, you can try removing the exposure control. If it turns out dark, as it would be, you can adjust the decay for your photons to around 1.5-1.2. Post an update and tell us if it worked... AJLynn
You could try adding other lights to make the lighting more interesting, I think the way it is now it's flattening your scene. Also, is the rug floating? And I see that you're not using depth of field but somehow you have it out of focus... Props to the scaled-down Max trees as potted plants, I'm doing a render right now with the same thing

AJLynn
Better lighting, still blurry. Are you Photoshop blurring it to take out the pixellation from have low samples per pixel? (Or in that version of mr, if you set low samples per pixel do you get a blurry image?) Try setting it to min 1, max 16.
vertexART
Hi there, post some screenshots of your light/render settings also, if U can. that's the fastest way to help Also, try changing the mat on that chair, it's too dark and undefined. Cheers
abicalho
There's nothing wrong with it, to be honest. Did you want feedback on it? That'd be a different question.
BEKA
Here is my updated Rendered Image, with samples per pixel: min=1, max=16 My question is why my Image is blurry again. And what should I do to have sharper Image ? Thank you very much.
enigma
Do you have 'gauss' as ur AA Filter?, try changing it to 'box'. 'Lanczos' perhaps for a sharper image. Or maybe you have ur DOF on, try turning it off, if ur not after the effect.
