DennisHolland
Here's a little experiment i did yesterday to reduce my 3D trees, which i've picked up here. I believe Ernest had a post about the organics some time ago... - Open your tree (in my case the tree had 245000 faces) in max - Export as vrml (wrl) - Load it in VizUp and reduce the polycount with 50% - Import the vrml back in Max and test The tree started with 245000 faces, after the VizUp job the count in Max summary was only 89000 with great quality preserved. Included is a quick testrender of a high detailed tree with only 89000 faces. Total time to handle this was 15 minutes. Pick up 3D trees here Pick up VizUp here Good luck, Dennis
