motion capture files

Does anyone know of some good resources for motion capture files?

 

I am looking for very simple ones - moving into sitting postion, moving into reclined position, etc. There are ones that ship with MAX, but they are mostly about really animated series of movements (sword fighting, jumping, falling, etc). i am looking for ones that only deal with seated postions. there are only a few files for this with the samples that ship with MAX.
