bigcahunak
My system HDD is a 10k rpm WD SATA 36gb Raptor. My storage is an ATA100 60gb IBM which was reliable so far, but since I need more space, and after getting to scared from the IBM deathstar (just lost one of the 30gb IBMs I have) I decided to get a larger drive. My options are: SATA Maxtor 8 MB cache 7200rpm (model 6Y120M0) DiamondMax plus 9SATA WD 8 MB cache 7200rpm (model WD120JD)ATA133 Maxtor 8 MB cache 7200rpmATA100 WD 8 MB cache 7200rpmAll drives size are 120gb - thats the budget... Reliability is the one and only important issue. What do you know about them? This review only left me a little confused as they dont talk about reliability at all.
