how about doing some kind of "reverse-engineering" Tag Team non-contest

find a photo of some interesting architecture (not Too difficult or Too wild)

 

maybe a hand sketch so no one has a pre-existing 3d model

 

Then

 

People who use different softwares could form Teams

 

1. 3d modeling

2. Materials and Textures, Lighting and Rendering

3. fotochop post processing and entourage

 

This could all be done on-line, divide up The work load

so That one person does not have To do ALL The work

 

and we could compare The results of different Teams

using The same software and look at The results from

 

The different softwares

no dimensions, no pre-exisiting 3d construction to work from

maybe one Team will be called "The CGA 3 Mouse-keteers"
