mirror material settings

I'm modelling a large miror in one of my scenes and i'm trying to get the right material settings to get the effect...any help..using C4D

 

i tried turning up the full reflection on a material but that doesn't seem to be right..

Are you modelling the mirror separately in a document on its own?

refection up 100 colour black should do it.

 

you need something for the mirror to reflect otherwise it will be black.

If you look close, the mirrored reflections eventually end and turn black. Cinema has a reflection depth setting (render settings) that will control the number of reflective bounces. The default is around 6-10. You could crank it up a little bit to extend the reflective tunnel, but be prepared for much longer render times.
