Richard McCarthy
The lighting looks a lot better now Still I like to see the lighting a bit brighter. Seems a bit dark for me (like it's a cloudy day) due to lack of contrast. Your Sunlight (a spotlight with yellow tint) source needs to be 1.0 ~1.2, while your ambient light (VRay light - ambient) needs to be 0.8, and have blue tint. Again, I think modeling could still improved with more details, same problem seems to still persisted. The roof needs to have tiles at ridges, you need to "bevel" all your edges too (nothing in real life is that sharp). Bump map needs to be applied to most surfaces, it seems kinda flat right now having all those gravel pavement and yet no bump, it makes it look like wall papers. And your roof tiles's texture map seems kinda weird, it isn't applied right, or it's the wrong texture you applied. Lastly, the camera angle seems to be flat too. It doesn't invoke interest as much as it can have. A good, dramatic camera angle can always tells a story, invoke interest, so I suggest you perhaps, move the camera a little bit, not sure which way, since I can't see the whole plan, but I think it could be interesting to move it towards that signage gate.
