noi-pi
Some inverted mesh you have there! Otherwise there have been a stray Vertices. Been through this when I use the Boolean operation. Some workaround and try it if this solves the problem: 1. Make it as an Editable poly. Under Poly subobject select those black triangle and then click FLIP to make it co-planar. 2. Second workaround would be select those annoying Polys, delete them and after that either you CAP it or Create polygon. 3. Third would be on the bottom view under Poly subobject, check first Ignore backfacing. Then drag select the entire mesh and you could see some inverted polys. 4. IMO there are stray vertices on your mesh thats why its behaving like that. If you find it Remove it on the Command Panel. Hope this helps.
