camera diff between max7.5 and viz2006?

it's happened twice to me already: camera settings of max7.5 is different in viz2006. my flow: i do everything in max, render, but because netrender in my office sometimes goes haywire (server prob i think) i'd just bring my model to a viz pc. i dont touch any camera settings, i just render. haven't had problems with viz2005/max6(and vice versa), but now im having this. its not obvious in the viewport, but after i render there is a slight difference. not an issue if rendering whole perspectives, but a big problem for cropped renders (for compositing). any ideas about this?

Kabayan, dont cropped render it, render it in full view and cropped it later n photoshop for easier compositing.
