Tim Saunders
I got a library of 1st & 2nd WW fighterplanes (3Ds). Let me know which type you want (ie, 1 prop or b17 something like that) t-34 sbd sb2c p-51 b-17 and any old stunt bi-plane really. it's for an airplane museum at an airport that regularly hosts air shows cntered on a lot of the classic planes. probably about one of each that i listed (or something similar), and one or two stunt planes. thanks dennis

Tim Saunders
sounds good. thanks to your help, i'll probably be done with it this afternoon. it's a pretty simple building that i allready have modeled. i'm just going to work on textures a bit. DennisHolland
Cool. Hey, I was planning on posting a little thread tonight because I need some 3D trees. Low or high poly doesn't matter ,just some clean green American/European outdoor trees. Got any suggestions? I need them to convert to maxwell materials for a renderjob tomorrow.... Tim Saunders
you know i wish i did. all i really ever deal with are still images, so i just use got3d's clip maps. i love those though.
DennisHolland
That's allright. I just found a link to some convertable xfrog libraries so i'm covered. A bit heavy but I'll reduce them to 50% of original count with Vizup tonight. Yep, you're right, Got3D trees (and all other products) are superb quality, the best! Tim Saunders
this is a restoration of an old offercer's club at an airport out in the sticks. heres 2 of the three views i'll be doing. i hope they do some sort of landscape work. all they told me now is just adding the trees, and leaving the old dried dirt. thanks again dennis. let me know what you think. it's hard to know how much (if any) motion blur to add to things. Tim Saunders
this project was a new one for me. all i was given was a few images such as this one. no elevations or such.
DennisHolland
Hi Tim, Cool project, only some modest references and a carte Blanche for the rest of it. It looks great allready... For the motion blur, just give only the props a blur (radial motionblur or the smudgetool in PS) and leave the planes sharp The blur on the props give enough intention of speed. Maybe agen up the wood of the building a bit? The camera is perfect in the first (left) render, it really comes at you.... Looks good man, Dennis
Tim Saunders
i'll try the bit with the planes. i totally agree with the wood. below is what i first did, but was told the building will be painted solid, and i need to show it that way. bummer.
