Funky Shingle Business...did I get jipped?

So, I spent 20 dollars on like a file of 40 or so shingle textures for architectural shingles, and they worked great. Today, I was looking for more textures of other things and stumbled upon a different site selling the SAME shingles...Hmmm, I though. That's interesting. But, I just moved on looking for more textures. THEN I found the site where these 2 sites got the shingles from:

It's just a shingle company that has pictures of their shingles on their website. Every single image is the same that I have. The company I bought them from must have doctored them a bit to make sure they tile. What gives? Some of the pictures on the manufacturer's website aren't enlargeable...other than that, I wonder if these 2 businesses are selling these images with their permission.
