Devin Johnston
I've become tired of using Windows Media 8 or 9 to compress my animations; I'm looking for something with better quality. Adobe's QuickTime is the way to go but there is a problem using it with PowerPoint shows. Does anyone know of a way to get them to work together without having to create a hyper link in the power point show?
Vince Paske
I don't think quicktime files will run in PP. I always use mpeg1 files for PP animations and they work fine.
Crazy Homeless Guy
do a google search. i remember using a plugin or something 2 or 3 years ago to get quicktime toplay in powerpoint. if i remember right, on mac, powerpoint prefers quicktime, and won't play windows media (i know, that sounds odd), and on windows, powerpoint prefers windows media, and won't play quicktime (unless you have a 3rd party plugin).
