Image browser

Hi all,

 

Which image browser are you using for browsing maps, renderings ? I am using ACDSee v. 3 (latest version comes with lots of junk stuff), but it is not caching images and slow. I tried Xnview not liked that much.

 

What is your favorite ?

I used to like acdsee, but after it got fat, Irfanview is the best i stubled upon.

 

No frills no junk programs. Just pure image browsing speed.

 

Best of all, its free.

Check out Imatch. This is the one I use and it's really powerful. There is not much it can not do, and if it's missing something, it has it's own scripting language that allows you to program what you need.

I will try imatch and 3D photo browser light. I already looked at Irfanview and Picasa.

i mostly use winXP's resident viewer in explorer. else i'll use psp.

 

tell you what though, anyone got any suggestions for a HDR browser? something that allows a directory of thumbnails?
