Nice to start with: the surroundings looks a bit gloomy and if I were doing it I would get closer in and make an eye-level view showing more what it would 'feel' like.

 

Please tell me which filter you used for the lens flare: I know you said you did it in PS but I have not found such a star shaped flare in PS CS.

What the deal with you and foodstands, Addicted?

 

Comments:

 

- Eye level camera

- Half size floortiles (50x50cm)

- Less lensflare for spots, it's too distracting at first sight. Maybe no flare, just a little glow?

 

Overall it's a good start and design is very friendly....

try adding a few registers. maybe even a liquid dispensers (ie: soda, lemenade, etc.).

I also agree, the tiles should be a little larger.

And, this is just an opinion, but you could make the restaurant name light up.
