Marko_JJ
I am trying to get some information on how visual architecture using 3D graphics helps those who use it for marketing, advertising, and presentation purposes. I am going to make a presentation soon and I have been trying to do some research but I can't find and statistics, such as cost/benifit. I can think up many things myself but I am looking for facts of sales increase and such. Can anyone help me out? -Mark Julien

skala67
I have not heard of any statistics, but I think you may find the best results from asking those who have used the services, (ie Arch firms, planning departments, developers) and get some personal success stories. This sometimes helps take the place of hard facts. For example, a firm I worked with could not get the city to buy off on a design, because they could not understand it. I created a rendering for the firm and on the next submittal, the city not only accepted it, but loved what they saw and wished that all submittals would be this visual...Now that may not be hard numbers, but it is a success story. If I used this story, I would follow it up with a phrase like, "think of all the 'TIME' and 'MONEY' that could have been saved if a rendering had been done in the first place", to bring it back to the perspective of those you are presenting to. I hope this helps, and good luck to you. tj
