jstar730
bro, you might also want to try the camera correction so that your vertical lines are really vertical unless you really want to achieve this kind of perspective. in case you don't know where it is (it's not in the max help) select your camera, right click and you'll find it in the quadmenu. you're doing good so far
chuck
i think it looks pretty good. the spots look nice, and the overall lighting seems even and realistic. it would be great to see it with textures too, i'm sure you'll get there at some point. interior artificially lit rooms is something i'm struggling with. could you post a wireframe of the scene and your GI settings? what lights are you using, just a series of spots? chuck
Atom
I think the light looks really natual and blends nicely. I'm using Mental Ray right now trying to achive the same results for interiors, Im getting really close. Keep up the work cant wait to see it with textures. vertexART
hi there, very good progress so far. I like the modeling and composition, but U should level the cam on second one. as for the light, second one looks much better, except that floor shadows are too strong, soften them up a bit. Also, U should try IES for those ceiling lights close to the walls, it will create nice falloff on it. overall, very good work, keep us posted! cheers
