hey bro, u can ask help in this forum itself,

look v-ray need good machine to render fast, ur machine config is only an entry level for V-ray,,,

at least a P4 HT machine with 1GB ram works well... intel's HT gives u 2 render buckets while rendering in v-ray..

bout v-ray settings u need practice and do lots of test renders to get in touch with it,,,

or go for the great v-ray training DVD from

gnomon ( great work Nicols bhai )

also this link help me lot in learning v-ray ,,, http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/VRayHelp150beta/

keep going ...........
