Your site looks great. it's your images, they look like you come from a animation background , and lack detail, and the scale looks wronge in some of them. Believe me I am no expert, but I model, and render every day. The lighting looks shadow mapped, and no real light , ie GI. As I said I don't mean to sound like a know-all, i am far from that. kineticmesh Posted September 27, 2005 Author Share Posted September 27, 2005 Hi Phil, thanks for being honest. Any feedback is good feedback if its going to help us improve the content of the site. We do have backgrounds in animation, and I accept that there are areas where the detail could be improved, but all the elements are made to scale. Except that big onion in the kitchen, but then, they can get pretty big! We are using GI, so im not sure what's not working for you there.. I made the site in dreamweaver, my third ever attempt, I read up on it for the best part of a day and then it took me a few days to put it together. There are lots of free extensions you can download and install which give you additional functions in the program, such as the way the images swap as you move between pages.
