STRAT
wcr? looking nice, but lookforward to seing a better backround in the finished peice. also, i'd lower the camera target point as we're seeing too much of that plain ceiling.

bully712
I'm sure you're going to be adding some lighting fixtures to this scene. I can see a pentant fixture over the dining table, and maybe some recessed lighting. That will help break up the ceiling. Also you could use the same height of the camera, but crop some of the ceiling off, so there is the same amount of space below, and above the sliding door. Probably once you add an exterior back ground to the scene, it will help give some depth to the balcony. It looks good at the sliding glass door, but the other two windows, it looks like the railing is part of the window. And lastly, I would angle the seating arangement so it faces the television more. These are my suggestions. Looking good so far..

ipdesigner
*ill prefer to remove that 'huge' plant on the corner and put it somewhere else, its not on the right place and so with the TV, if you are sitting on the dining area you dont have a view better put it on a movable stand or cabinet. *try to make the camera target higher. quizzy
The TV is the least important item in the whole room, so dont expect a different place in the next renderings... Yes, there will be some light fixtures added in the finals.. below a top view:
Ricardo Eloy
Good piece, so far. Personally, I'd try other lay-out options, coz it looks really empty (imho). I mean, the apartment is big, but the living room has very few pieces of furniture/seating. I'd really like to see a more "crowded" space. ;-)
ipdesigner
*mr moderator, cnt help myself to change your layout , if you dnt mind. --i remove the tv and put it in a cabinet or entertainment stand alongside the wall. --change the location of the plant transfer to the previous location of the tv., its a dead space i supposed. --the blue path shows the flow of traffic going to the balcony door (i hope im correct that is a sliding door). *i hope this could contribute
quizzy
Something like the image below will be the final. Still waiting for the client's comments..... TV: Like I said before, its the least important object in the whole room; so no changes there. light fixtures added, background added, no more furniture added because people want to buy a spacious apartment. @ipdesigner: nice layout, but too many dead spaces in your design. Ricardo Eloy
There's something funny about your horizon, Quizzy. It doens't seem to match your camera's horizon to me. About the layout, that plant still bothers me. It drags too much attention, and if you want to show how spacious the apartment is, maybe a piece of furniture in that corner (shelves or something like that) could make it look better and more useful. Just a thought.
