Cesar R
def 64MB If you can aford it buy one of those alien ware laptops or an apple G4 I have a g4 17" runing everything you mentioned. 3ds runs under virtual PC. its not very fast but it help while i am school. I use archicad for mac and I also have a PC version on my workstation (desktop) and I am very happy. with 1G of ram and the 64Mb card I got my system is pretty good. notice that not that many laptops can go to 1gig of ram. also keep in mind that your are ot going to render on a laptop. Mostly you are going to model and tweak models which is why the ram and the video are important. -I cant wait till the day someone comes out with a dual cpu laptop.
