quickly changing multiple materials

hi ,

 

i m new to cinema4d , i actually just looked into the demo.

 

i would like to quickly change a files materials with materials from a different cinema4d file.

so, this is what i do, i load a scene that has some acad materials, and would like to load a library of materials and than overwrite the acad materials easily and fast with the new desired materials.

 

does this involve tags in some way>? or what are those tags and why can i load and save tag presets..
