IC
Hope this hasn't been asked already but does anyone know why the Diffuse Glow filter sometimes works inversely? I just can't get a bloom effect on one image in particular. Thanks for any help.

IC
Ended up doing a workaround with curves. I quite like a very subtle diffuse glow on a duplicate layer but sometimes it just goes freaky. Cheers.
martincg
hi IC, diffuse filter is getting colour from colour palette. Is not your colors switched ? /black - white/
IC
Hi Martin That's exactly what it was. Happened to me a few times and now I know why! Thanks. I ended up loading the image back into LightWave and rendering with a bloom post process to get it the way I wanted.
