Homebuilder looking for information

I am just getting into homebuilding. I have completed my first four homes in the past year. Things are going great and I really love desiging the homes to custom fit my customers desires. I have enjoyed my work with autocad and really like tinkering with the 3D. I believe there is huge potential there. There are many firms available for these types of visualizations, but I have yet been successful in getting any price quotes back from them. I am probably not a big enough builder, but I am very interested and believe it could help me grow my business. I am currently considering the idea of either developing my own staff to do it in house if I continue to grow over the coming years, or hire out. Can anyone give me a ballpark for what I should expect to pay from a quality firm? I would like an animation of both the exterior and interior of the home. The home will include basic landscaping to give it some eye appeal, a pool, and will be furninshed with at least the basics. It doesn't have to be over done, but spacial relationships are a must. I am just curious how much this might set me back?

Also, as I do more research on hiring someone internal, a renderfarm becomes an issue does it not? I have seen internet based render places, does anyone know where I could find a comprehensive list of those? Respower seems to be pretty strong, but I know there are lots of others. Any listing of place I might find more would be greatly appreciate.

I just want to consider all of my options. I know I am new around here, but I plan to get involved in the community and learn all I can as I proceed down this path. I appreciate any help available!

thanks in advance

Jerry,

I am currently doing rendering work for several architects and home builders in the Tyler, Smith County area... if you would like more information you can email some specific questions and/or examples for pricing estimates.
