The modeling looks good. Some of your materials look out of scale. The stone material along the lover part of the house looks very big. Also, fascia board on the roof edge seems big, if its intended to represent wood grain. You would barely see any grain at the scale of your rendering. You seem to have some tiling of the grass out front. I would try to add a little more light to under the eaves of the house, its a little too dark.

What software/renderer is it?

Modeling looks good, but it could benefit from a bit more GI, like Frank said.
