dbarc
The perspective's a bit flat (the last thing you're going to change at this point I guess!) - A closer camera with a wider angle might have made a more interesting shot. Some activity - cars and people - in foreground and middleground would be good for scale and general interest. Also under the building. Lastly, perhaps the sun could be moved round clockwise to allow the building to cast more shadow on itself
STRAT
the composition is so very standard, perhaps thats why it contributes to look typically cg. as dbarc suggests, how about a few cars and peeps in there to suggest more life and scale. the texturing looks very flat and un-detailed too. very contrasty it is, but i'm tempted to say this is a texture problem and not a lighting problem. saying that, there's very strong contrasty shadows in the undercroft parking, but the building itself is very flately lit. Again, as db suggests, how about moving the direct lighting around a tad to get som stronger lihting on the building itself. i'm also unsure about the glass material, it looks very flat and almost non-existant. it should be very dark in the areas (rooms) behind the glass. some environmental reflection on the glass would be nice too. watch out for the contrasts between the walkway/roads and grass too. looking good so far, but a few tweeks here and there will make this image look very nice indeed.
