IC
I've been toying with the idea of recreating either this hallway or the Glasgow School of Art library for a while now and the recent Frank Lloyd Wright thread inspired me to start it over the weekend. I love the atmosphere in this house-it's dark but welcoming and his furniture is unique and beautiful. It's just a shame his work is so poorly imitated in furniture, jewellery etc, particularly in Glasgow. His drawings are works of art. I've got lots left to do particularly in texturing but I'm going away for a few days so I thought I'd ask for your c&c just now.........
DennisHolland
Yes, it really has a good feel over it... I'm not sure about the very shiny wood and the light falling on the ground is a bit strange. Maybe tweak your GI settings because it lacks contactshadows. Nevertheless, the feel is great! 3dp
class................. although it seems a little too bright in there overall compared to my memory of the place although that was some 10 years ago so perhaps a little more contrast to the gi and then pick it up in post
