Viewport and region render

Two quick questions,

 

I set up one of my four viewports as my camera view and then when I render that view I set it to 640x480, how do I set the viewport to display what I see in the render window because at the moment I am missing the top and bottom in the viewport window? Hope that makes sense!

 

Secondly I am trying to render a region but the little editabel window that you set has dissapeared off the bottom of the viewport how do I get it back?

'Show safe frame' in the viewport's menu and the image in your viewport will be cropped to your render output.

 

With regards to theat region window, I would just reposition the whole window to gain access to the side that's off the window but you can set numerical values in configure/regions..
