the.3dsmax.blogger
Hi friends, Here is my 1st contribution at cgarchitect. Its a WIP of a residential bldg. I am aware that It doesnot match the photoreal standards set by so many senior members over here. I shall strive to reach these ideals. I shall be needing your feedback & comments in how it can be improved? where it lacks ? what it lacks? Your feedback is appreciated & most welcome. Thanks the 3dsMax Blogger

the.3dsmax.blogger
... c)the glass ... need to work that material bro d) a better background ... this one hurts my eye good start Thanks kippu !! I must agree with you on the glass and Bg. There certainly seems some scope for improvement. hey shri ... b) different illumination levels of the entourage with the building I would appreciate though, if you could elaborate on the " b) different illumination levels of the entourage with the building ". I dont think, I understood, what you have tried to point out here. hey shri ... a) camera angle .... the one u have is so straight and too far away to create an interest As far as the camera angle goes; originally its a 3-point perspective from a close to human eye level, looking mid way towards the building. But I have corrected the camera, using the Camera Correction modifier,to make a 2-point perspective out of it, which is generally what we try to achieve in a Arch Viz, (though not necessarily always). Keep the feedback coming !!! Thanks the 3dsMax Blogger

the.3dsmax.blogger
good work.... the shining of the facade is unreal ... i guess u added that effect with photoshop, why not more reflections on material ? anyway what are the cars ? The shine is supposed to simulate the reflected glare of the sun in the windows .. do you guys think that such a scenario is possible .. where we depict the position of the sun in sky ususaly behind the camera by way of a reflection in the windows.. and yes its added in pshop. some cars are lowpolygon 3d cars !! some are cut& paste photoshop work.
