Viz locking up durring net render

I've had this persistant problem for a while. Viz freezes once in a while when net rendering on my workstation. Manager is running on another computer and all other nodes work fine. I thought it was a problem with my workstation but I just replaced it with a new one (x2 4400+, 3gb ram) and the same thing is happening. Frames were rendering very nicely at 3 minutes/frame and it locked up for no reason after 130 frames last night, the other nodes kept rendering. Manager error says "flagged as error as it took to long to render". If viz would at least shut down and restart that would be fine but it just hangs. Any ideas? Using viz4 and vray1.47,precalculated imap, winxp pro.

You know that you can modify the time settings on net render advance properties, so the manager gives more time to that server to render the images, in that way you can avoid the message "flagged as error as it took to long to render".
