Okay, I just got everything installed and working.

The first impression I have with TreemagikG3 is how similar it is with Speedtree. It has almost all the function of Speedtree, but the interface is not as intuitive as Speedtree. Treemagik have one excellent benefit over Speedtree and other tree generation software is the fact that it can let you EASILY generate billboard tree (2D), and toggle between them. The "preview" feature is also quite wonderful, allowing you to see your tree in a real-time generated forrest. There are a few things that I found Treemagik is lacking as well, namely, the interface, and also, the low polygon of tree mesh, and the low quality textures that comes with it. It is perfectly suited if you are using it for game creation, and architectural visualisation, but the trees and the textures may be somewhat lacking if you intend to have some closeup shot of the trees. So, TheGamecreators, please take note, you have a winning product, you just need to improve on the interface and texture resolution aspect, and allow better tree mesh generation, and maybe also add "normal mapping" in the features (and the associated high resolution normal maps) :)

As for Plant-life, I think the interface speaks for itself, it's lacking a lot of things and much less polished than Treemagik. Again, I think the potential is there, it just suffers the same problem as Treemagik, albeit the low resolution textures.

All in all, The softwares (TreemagikG3, Plant-Life + all Modules) very well worth the $39.95 USD I paid for, considering the closest competitor products all cost 10 TIMES more than Treemagik+Plant-Life. I really can't complaint much :) except to hope that the software gets better in next version!
