Well first off I see that your scale is off with the car. From the car the front of the glass would be 5-6 feet tall.

 

There is no way to get into the building, and the sidewalk/parking lot would never be poured to have raised spots like that. It’s a waste of money and I'm sure the SUV's wouldn’t be able to park. The sidewalk on the other hand, they would have a drop off from the main pour of the building, not a building up of a sidewalk. Also your car isn’t on the ground properly, if you notice a couple inches of wheel are sticking through the ground. On the big red curve, in the upper left you can see where the curve ends and it becomes straight.

 

Also as suggested, some textures would look nice, since I've never seen concrete that color before.

 

Its ok, but could have many things like trees people, better scaling and textures would make it top notch. Another thing you may want to keep in mind is having a shot from eye level to show the client how it will really look. Or go the other way and show the crane/helicopter shot.

well , i am srill working to ensure my modeling technic

ok , i am already notice this problem but the total working time was very littel

about 20 hours ( Non stop ) i have to work very fast

about the rendering it was v-ray ( i amreally sorry i know that its not the expected render from this wonderfull plugin .

About texturing it s all a mater of the time & my pc configs (p4 2.4 , 512 mb) every shot rendered in about 2 hours ...........:confused:

i will buy another one nearly wehen it is available ( Money )

 

anyway i have used only one directlight

is it enough to get real light

 

Iwill be happy if some body help me to readjust all the file to get real images

i will send it nearly
