Eric Posted November 17, 2005 Share Posted November 17, 2005 Looking good - I'd suggest that you turn off "Visible to Camera" in the object properties for your foreground tree and your background trees that are shown only on their edges. Then you can photoshop a real tree into the foreground instead of the fake one. You could also use the opacity map of one of your real trees (in the background) to cast the foreground shadow on the ground. Looking at your blog - it appears you don't use the polygonal trees, so perhaps you've just added these trees for a quick wip preview of your final scene? Looking at your blog - it appears you don't use the polygonal trees, so perhaps you've just added these trees for a quick wip preview of your final scene? eric: u hit the nail bang on target !!! indeed the polygon trees are just a representation. actual entourage of trees & people will be added in the final view. ipdesigner: lowering the cam is truly a good idea from aesthetic / composition point of view ,but unfortunately the client wants to see the slope of the red tiling roof. so the cam angle is slightly mid view; though i have tried to ensure a two point perspective by keeping the cam & its target at level to hor ground. final view ( more or less coming soon !!!! ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
