monkeysee
Hi guys. Being a max user thrown to the lions den that is C4D (well it is to me anyway ) I am having problems setting the frame rate in the render settings dialogue. How does it work?! The animation length is 900 frames and have set the frame rate to 30 fps, but it only renders 54 frames. Any ideas guys?

re:FORM
Funny that, I'm also learning c4d after working on max for years.... finding it quite nice actually. Once I'd changed the keyboard shortcuts to be closer to max's I was flying. One thing I find not so good is the way it handles bevel and extrude in the poly object. It doesn't offer as much options as max's it seems. Maybe someone can correct me there?

Really, so you aren't too happy with Vectorworks? What don't you like about it? I was considering getting it to use with Cinema. Jack
monkeysee
Vectorworks is ok, it's 3d modelling system is "quirky" if you're used to AutoCAD/Microstation or modelling direct in C4D/max/other...
