RAYMOND
how do you create an editable spline in viz. I see the the options and vertexs when i draw one but then i can't edit it. the line seems to act really weird.. it is for a trajectory for an animation. concerned and worried..... Ray
So, if you click on a vertex you can't manipulate it? Not sure what the problem is.
RAYMOND
except for the line, don't see how you access the vertexs after the curves is drawn. also, what modifier is used to join two or more lines into one. rarely use viz objects since i normally link everything from autoCAD
Ray
Right click on the line and in the quad menu select 'convert to - editable spline.' Then in the modifier rollout click the + next to edit spline, select vertex. Now you can manipulate vertices. Further down in the rollout should be an attach button. I'm rendering right now so I hope the directions were accurate, since I can't see my screen.
RAYMOND
i did the convert the line to a "editable spline" but did not see the rollout for edit spline. but saw the "selection" rollout and chose vertexs which makes it posible to edit.... must be an better way tho to do this....
