Pendant Light - Who where what

Hi,

anyone know the name and designer of the pendant light fixture that Oliver has in his rendering, bottom of article with orange stairs, captioned `baby`

I have seen this chandelier inside a glass cylinder in interiors and Olivers rendering, any help tracking it down or similar would be appreciated,
