CPU usage at %65 + when idle.....new rig

OK....got my new DFI Lan Party all set up.

Running at stock speeds and no tweaking as of yet.

Just been loading all my stock applications, WinRAR, Adobe, Ad-Aware, AVG anti-virus, Opera, etc...

 

Started to install all of my CAD/3D apps and noticed that my Archicad 9.0 program is acting very strange. When its open I notice a 65% or more CPU usage in the Task Manager when Im at idle. No rendering ,no modeling....just at idle. It stays at this level until I close out the program. Tried uninstall- reinstall. Cleared out registy.

 

Any ideas as to the reason here? This app never does this on my MSI K7D Dual MP2800 rig or laptop.

 

Can it be a memory tweek I need to look at?

I ran a HD scan and came out OK there.

Opteron 170 Dual core

2 x 1GB GSkill PC4000

PNY 6600GT PCI-E 256mb

2 x 36gb Raptors in RAID 0

1 DVD player

1-CD/RW player

1-floppy

no other pci cards or hardware installed
