How you've shown the topography of the land in front of the home works very well.

For changes, I'd like to see more contrast, perhaps a more dramatic time of day that would add more contrast and color to the elevation of the home. Some variations in the shading on the grass would work well as it looks to be pretty much one shade of green now.

Yes...I'm on the search for a better grass map...I'll probably end up blending something together.

 

Tim,

Subdivision developer rules...this will be posted on the lot during construction. Actually the other renderings are watercolor/marker work...I'm breaking new ground...;-)

It's looking good...you need to lose those 2 trees in the front. They detract from the house...also, what software are you using to composite those flowers and trees in? If it's photoshop, then use the burn tool and shade in underneath the flower beds. They aren't casting any shadows on your ground
