carlangas
hi all, this are some shots from the "never ending project", frustrating I tell you one of those few projects that make you hate freelancing. would like to hear your crits/comments. 3dp
looks fine in a vray sort of way i do hope you are getting paid for the never ending workflow had a couple of those this year myself although they are large projects and the changes usually mean a clean sheet of a part of the project so the fees are nice when the ££$$ shows
carlangas
yeah these are vray! and yes, I will charge them for those changes, but I have problems with that. a lot of times I feel like im being dishonest for charging them allthough I know its perfectly justified but still. I need to change my way of thinking. does that happen to any of you? I guess those things change over time, ive only been freelancing for about 7 months..... sorry for changing the topic . vertexART
Hey there, looking really good. A bit dark maybe, but I dunno if it's the mood U are after.. yeah these are vray! I need to change my way of thinking. does that happen to any of you? I guess those things change over time, ive only been freelancing for about 7 months..... sorry for changing the topic . Oh yes.. just when U think U have a perfect way of organizing jobs, it gets worse. From my xp, I find predecided milestones as a way to go. Basic modeling, cam setup, detail modeling, light and mat setup... and that's about it. Or, I wish it is. Then, for a stupid example: if a wall painting has passed milestone 1,2 and 3, and they want it changed on 4, charge A LOT> they want cam moved, even if U are already making lights, CHARGE>>> Sounds good, but it's not like that anytime, anyway. I end up crying in my own lap, a lot... my 2 cents.
