Larger residential real estate -- pointers needed

Can anyone out there point me to sites / practices that deal with larger real estate / residential -- houses in the £1,000,000 - £2,000,000 (say) -- that use renderings, animations, etc, as a sales tool?

 

I'm trying to persuade someone who's building a spec. £1,500,000 house that they could really do with some CG as a sales tool, so need some examples of what other developers/visualizers are doing in the same field.

iv worked on medium size projects for redrow and bryant homes, though on the whole these jobs (for me atleast) are 4-5 bedroom houses.

 

there are a few companys out there, just do a search for property visulisation in google

Bryant are now owned by Taylor Woodrow who, like most of the big developers, build loads of 'prestige' projects.

 

They all use CG firms and pay top dollar.
