ShaunDon Posted December 16, 2005 Share Posted December 16, 2005 You're describing RPC's image editing program. I've never used it, only seen it demo'd. In Photoshop you have to eyeball it. As Frank said, if you press CTRL-T (not just T) you will get resize handles. Right click on the image to change to different transform options (rotate, distort, etc.).
