Hi guys.

I am rendering an interior with a bright white outside from the windows. I'm sure I used save the file as a tga file and open it in photoshop and the white background would not be there, so I could just add a photo background. When I open the tga file this time, the white background is still there. What am I doing wrong. Is there another way to add a background image post render?

thanks alot

hi guys.

since you are all talking about tga.im having a problem where i set the image format to tga in vray but when it renders, it makes it a jpeg file.

im using maya 2009.it renders fine on an other computer but on mine it renders jpegs.the file has a reference in it.could information from the ref file over rights the main file?i checked the ref file and its also set as tga

and is there any good documentation on vray for maya.i know.its a beta.

thanks.
