Another offshoot of the great threads going right now. I was looking at Brian Cassil's definition for:

and thought it would be great for people to come up with words and defintions that we encounter in the Vis World... (pictures are even encouraged)

1. to lie about, distort or hide a design's inherent flaws

2. to show a tin shack as the Taj Mahal

3. the act of making a silk purse out of a sow's ear

usage: "Sir, that's not physically possible" > "Well, let's just fake it."

Yahjustpushabuttonright

v.

overly obvious comment reserved for the completly confident know-it-all. Usage "I need that stove to be 48" Wolf Range but I need it for a presentation in 20 min - Yahjustpushabuttonright."

Also good for subtle implication of the ineptatude of the button pusher.
