STRAT Posted December 28, 2005 Share Posted December 28, 2005 autocad dwg is the most common myself and my clients use too. personally, i model everything in 3d in autocad first before importing into a rendering app. i dont use cad solids though. all face drawn. arif_r Posted December 29, 2005 Share Posted December 29, 2005 sometimes i use sketchup -some client used it- and it could open all version of autocad files -at least till A2005-. personally, it is faster for non organic design as i render it using accurender 2 pluggin for autocad r.13 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
