bully712
Has anyone ever bought from them, or had any problems with receiving a model? I bought a model over a week ago, and the zip file I downloaded only contained map files, and I couldn't even open them. It said that the files were corrupted or something. To get to the point: I've sent a few emails, and I also posted a message on their forum with no responses at all. Just wondering if anyone else eperienced any problems with them. Thanks

bully712
god bless you Is it that bad? I got an email from him last night saying sorry for the inconvinience, and he would have it fixed and ready for me in 4 hours. 12 Hours later and it still doesn't work right. I'll see how much longer it will take. It's a shame cause that site has some really nice models and the prices are low.
Mark M
Hi Marc, Just a thought, you might want to try to clear your cache and then download again, maybe it got corrupted when you were downloading. Regards, Mark
grishick
I apologize for the mess on Exchange3D.com that was there a year ago! You should know that the website was created and is managed by two people (one of them being me). Neither me nor my partner spent much time on the website last year for various reasons. No one was really taking care of the site and so, it was close to being abandoned. But things have changed now. We've got a new engine, new server, got rid of the artists that publish crappy models and any problem is usually resolved within a day, with the worst outcome being - a full refund and an apology.
