If this is what you're looking for, try WEBX or possibly Microsofts netmeeting. Placeware used to be a great tool for this sort of thing, and Microsoft bought it out. I think the new Netmeeting is basically Placeware. Also check this out: www.atutor.ca This is a LCMS (learning course management system) it's open source and can do amazing things. The last time I looked, they had implemented a module called Acollab, which was used for collaborating with documents remotely. They may have a video option also.
